Aim to be punctual and arrive with no makeup. If you can't remove your makeup beforehand, note that it may shorten your appointment time.

Have a list of your current skincare products ready or bring them along. This helps tailor your treatment and home care regimen.
Avoid buying new products
Refrain from purchasing new skincare products before your appointment. Crichelle will personalize your regimen based on your current products and skin needs.

Crichelle will reach out to you via Facetime or a Zoom link will be provided for individuals who do not have an iPhone.

Unfortunately, if you are sick you will still be charged for your appointment. This does include COVID-19.

We reserve the right to terminate clients from our practice if they reschedule or cancel 3 or more CONSECUTIVE appointments. Our advice is to not book any appointment until you are absolutely positive that you will be available.

Upon booking an in clinic consultation time is alloted for a treatment immediately after. After completing your medical, you will have a 15-20 minute one on one consultation to fill out your medical history and discuss your skin concerns, and budget. Afterwards, Crichelle will create a treatment plan of action to help with both your shortterm and longterm goals.

We recommend budgeting anywhere from $300-$1000 if you are wanting to get serious about your skin. Great skin is 80% homecare & 20% treatment. Don’t worry if you have a modest budget, Crichelle will likely select products to fit a price point you are comfortable with and schedule your next appointment for a treatment. We work with all budget types big or modest, however, be prepared to invest in your skin!

Book a Consultation if you are a first time client, if you are a returning client and do not know what to book next, please call the office. It is best to book out 3-4 more treatments at the end of your appointment to avoid any confusion.

Whenever possible, please arrive on time with a bare face. However, if you are coming from work and cannot remove your makeup, don’t worry but please note this will cut into your appointment time if you have heavy makeup application on. Please have a detailed list of products you are currently using at home, or bring them with you. Also try not to purchase any new skincare products before your first appointment as Crichelle will tailor your home care regimen for you.

A credit card is required to reserve your appointment. We will only charge your card the full amount if you cancel or no show for your appointment.

No, once products leave our clinic it cannot be returned. However, since customer satisfaction is my top priority, if you have a defective product or damaged product from shipping, please contact me immediately so I can assist with getting the item(s) exchanged with the company.
